Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Coordinator, located in Great Neck, NY. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing facilities operations and management, ensuring the upkeep and functionality of all properties. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating maintenance and repair work, managing vendor relationships, supporting budget planning and management, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves clear and effective communication with team members, tenants, and service providers.
