Job summary

AMPS is seeking a Facility Coordinator to oversee all daily operations of its school facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and reliable services. Richmond, CA-based role requiring hands-on maintenance and inventory control.

You will conduct a comprehensive morning building inspection, handle basic on-site repairs, manage inventory and orders for supplies, and coordinate emergency drills with site safety leads.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of building custodial or maintenance experience.
• Any combination of training, experience, and/or education sufficient to demonstrate the required qualifications.
• Working knowledge of English (Speaking, Reading, and writing) is mandatory.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a Department of Justice (DOJ) Fingerprint clearance.
