Job summary

CheckSammy is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service Rep to join our growing Facilities Management team in Addison, TX. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating facility service requests from start to finish.

You will work with vendors nationwide, negotiate pricing, track SLAs, review invoices, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in facilities management or related field.
• Strong negotiation and pricing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with invoice review experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for assigned client accounts and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Coordinate and dispatch service providers nationwide for facility maintenance, repairs, cleaning, waste services, and other client-requested work.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate pricing, service agreements, and project costs with vendors to achieve best value while maintaining quality.
• Monitor service schedules and ensure vendors meet contractual obligations, response times, and performance expectations.
• Audit completed work orders by reviewing invoices, photos, documentation, and service reports to verify accuracy.
• Resolve client concerns, service delays, and vendor issues quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and Accounting to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, dispatches, client communications, vendor documentation, and project updates within company systems.
• Track job progress from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and SLAs are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen vendor relationships.
• Assist with special projects, reporting, and other operational initiatives as assigned.
