The position requires experience in contract administration, budgeting, and safety protocols, plus a Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational skills. DOE with full benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts, bids, custodial operations and vendor management for county facilities.
• Supervise professional and technical staff; set priorities and allocate personnel resources.
• Monitor monthly expenditures and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Maintain the integrity, safety, and cleanliness of county buildings and grounds.
