Job summary

Cleveland Gear Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Facilities & Continuous Improvement to lead facility projects and drive continuous improvement across our Cleveland manufacturing operations.

You will partner with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS/HR, Purchasing, and contractors to deliver reliable facilities, safe processes, and measurable cost savings. The role combines hands-on shop-floor leadership with strategic project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations, facilities, maintenance, or CI roles.
• Experience leading Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and capital project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility-related projects, PMs, and capital initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste-reduction across operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, safety, and vendors.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and ROI analyses for projects.
• Ensure proper documentation and post-implementation reviews.
• Promote safety, reliability, and equipment availability on site.
