Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete finishing, form setting, fence construction, and various campus maintenance tasks.
• Perform carpentry duties including layout and construction of forms for retaining walls, benches, sidewalks, and structures.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment (backhoe, trencher, front-end loader, skid steer, mini excavator) and ensure routine maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain records and timekeeping; operate university vehicles; support Facilities Maintenance as needed.
