308 STATE BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION is seeking a Construction/Maintenance Technician to support the Procurement and Facilities Unit. Two vacancies are available: one at OSBI HQ in Oklahoma City and one at the Forensic Science Center in Edmond.

Responsibilities include carpentry, general maintenance, and repairs of plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems, plus supervising janitorial and lawn maintenance contracts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily operations of OSBI facilities by monitoring building systems and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintains and repairs OSBI owned regional offices and laboratories on a quarterly and as-needed basis.
• Overnight travel may be required to perform tasks at regional locations.
• Performs carpentry tasks in construction or renovation of buildings and related fixtures; maintains and repairs roofs.
