• Manages capital construction projects through all phases from planning to closeout.
• Coordinates requirements across architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Establishes objectives, milestones, and governance for projects.
• Administers contracts, procurement, and change-management processes.
• Maintains project controls, reporting, and executive communications.
