Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or related field from an accredited program and 5 years related professional experience in design and/or project management.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence, lead, and manage change.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team; direct and coordinate work assignments and review performance to ensure efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff.
• Responsible for profitable growth of the section; ensure staff levels and billable goals.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, estimating, cost, and objectives.
• Lead successful project execution within budget with expertise in safety, procurement, construction, environmental compliance, controls, and community relations.
• Lead communication between Engineering GP and Construction section.
• Manage budgets and expenditure; review monthly financial reports and cash flow.
• Coordinate with BD managers, project managers, and proposal staff to secure staff.
• Conduct safety, quality, progress, and financial audits and assessments.
