Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction, engineering, business or related field.
• 13 years of relevant consulting experience preferred, preferably in construction.
• Expert experience in client and business development.
• Expert experience in managing projects including budgeting, scheduling and client coordination.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to influence and manage teams.
• Strong planning, analysis and communication skills.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Construction strategic initiatives and client strategy.
• Direct and coordinate the Construction department to optimize staff utilization and costs.
• Oversee Construction business development efforts and client vetting process.
• Manage budget and expenditure; ensure achievement of financial targets.
• Develop tools and workflows to improve design, specifications and project execution.
• Present monthly financial information including sales and revenue forecasts to leadership.
• Ensure alignment with regional office staff development and quality control.
