In-N-Out Burger is seeking a full-time Facilities Construction Project Manager I for its Irvine, CA office. The role oversees non-store real estate project execution, QA, and turnover from construction to operations in corporate offices, production facilities, and distribution centers.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in construction-related fields, 5-7 years in PM, and CA driver’s license, with in-office work and 25–50% travel. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field; required
• 5-7 years' experience in construction project management; required
• 2+ years' experience in food/beverage or production facility construction; required
• 2+ years' experience with warehouse/distribution center or corporate office construction; preferred
• Valid CA Driver's License; required

Aufgaben

• Oversee construction quality and field presence across projects
• Lead turnover and punch list processes with stakeholders
• Attend and report at OAC and progress meetings
• Coordinate field modifications to maintain design intent
• Review submittals, RFIs, and construction documents for quality and longevity
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and company requirements
• Support schedule monitoring and budget tracking; identify risks
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth transitions from development to turnover
• Provide field oversight during off-hours for mission-critical projects
