Job summary

DT Midstream is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead day-to-day planning and execution of projects across our pipeline, storage, and gathering assets. You will ensure work complies with standards, schedules, and ROI targets while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

This role requires travel, strong project management, and the ability to implement continuous improvement. A high school diploma, 3 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license are required; related

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of job-relevant experience; valid driver's license.
• Preferred degrees: associate/certificate in engineering or construction management; bachelor's in construction management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Maximo; knowledge of FERC is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple projects; strong verbal and written communication; analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day planning and execution of construction projects.
• Ensure projects meet standards, specifications, schedules, and ROI targets.
• Oversee permitting activities and coordination with contractors and staff.
• Prioritize and plan projects with construction planning for schedules.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts for the group.
