• Two years' experience in a comparable construction role.
• CCM certification preferred but not required.
• Lead abatement supervisor license is required or preferred.
• General contractor license required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain WestCare's vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, and supervises construction workers and staff.
• Oversees methods, materials, equipment for projects.
• Assists SVP in new construction, refurbishing, and remodeling.
• Manages facility operation budgets and cost controls.
• Ensures compliance with safety and fire codes.
• Reviews proposals and responds to RFPs as needed.
• Visits facilities locally and out-of-state to oversee work.
