Job summary

Alpha Corporation is seeking a Facilities Construction Manager to lead field operations for a 150,000 square foot Defense Manufacturing and Distribution Facility in James City County, VA. This is a long-term, full-time assignment through November 2027 with on-site leadership of the project, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

The role requires 7–8 years in industrial/manufacturing facilities, vertical construction experience, and the ability to manage 100,000+ SF projects; CCM

Qualifications

• Proven CM on large-scale projects.
• 7–8 years in industrial or manufacturing facilities.
• Ground-up vertical construction experience preferred.
• Experience managing 100,000+ SF facilities.
• Strong scheduling and documentation skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Available for full-time through November 2027.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day vertical construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and vendors.
• Monitor schedule, sequencing, and production performance.
