Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for campus facilities questions and concerns.
• Dispatches field personnel and relays maintenance requests.
• Responds promptly to emergency situations and coordinates response.
• Monitors card access and coordinates access control.
• Produces reports using CMMS and logs for facilities maintenance.
• Trains new staff on protocols and procedures.
