Job summary

University of California, Riverside is recruiting for the Client Services Specialist on the main campus. This role serves as the primary contact for campus inquiries, manages work orders, and ensures accurate funding and prioritization of service requests within Facilities Services.

Under supervision, you will support KPI reporting, train student workers, maintain SOPs, and coordinate communications to campus staff and vendors, ensuring timely responses and effective customer service.

Qualifications

• Serve as the designated point of contact for campus inquiries, work orders, and service requests.
• Analyze requests to prioritize work orders and ensure proper funding.
• Assist in recruitment and training of Student workers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake and review of service requests from multiple channels.
• Coordinate with facilities teams to delegate work orders to appropriate units.
• Support KPI reporting and update SOPs for intake processes.
