Job summary

IntegriWard, LLC is seeking a dedicated Janitor to perform cleaning across offices, corridors, restrooms, and laboratory spaces at the Great Lakes Toxicology and Ecology Duluth facility.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, restocking supplies, and proper waste removal. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of janitorial experience, and be able to pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a janitor or custodian.
• Knowledge of standard janitorial methods and practices in industrial/commercial settings.
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment per safety guidelines.
• Must comply with OSHA regulations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Dust furniture, window sills, ledges, and equipment.
• Clean walls, baseboards, doors, and vents.
• Disinfect restroom fixtures and surfaces.
• Stock consumables in restrooms.
• Clean entrance doors and interior glass.
• Tend stair landings and surfaces.
• Clean break room appliances and surfaces.
• Remove trash and recycling to designated areas.
