Job summary

CGT Staffing is seeking a Janitorial Worker in Sharon, PA to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities. You will perform heavy cleaning tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure sanitary conditions for a safe, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of janitorial/custodial experience preferred.
• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, and clean floors and surfaces.
• Pressurize and clean locker rooms, restrooms, and designated areas.
• Operate scrubbing machines, vacuums, and shampooing equipment.
• Clean interior and exterior windows and walls.
• Set up and reset chairs, tables, and stages for events.
• Replace light bulbs and fixtures as needed.
• Remove waste and restock cleaning supplies.
