Placements24 is seeking a skilled Facilities Cleaning Coordinator to manage cleaning operations for properties in Randburg. The role focuses on planning schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring high hygiene and safety standards while presenting a clean, professional image.

You will liaise with facility managers, monitor supplies and equipment, and conduct regular site inspections. The ideal candidate has proven experience in cleaning management and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning management or supervisory role in cleaning industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff and liaise with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules for all assigned facilities.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of the cleaning staff, providing guidance and ensuring task completion.
• Monitor cleaning quality and conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and proper usage.
