Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff to meet company cleanliness standards.
• Schedule tasks and manage coverage and resources.
• Train and onboard new staff with guidance for quality performance.
• Inspect facilities regularly for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Address cleaning service issues and client complaints.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.
• Ensure health and safety regulations compliance with chemicals and equipment.
• Prepare records of cleaning activities and staff schedules.
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients.
• Assist with cleaning tasks during peak demand.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures to improve efficiency.
