Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to enforce safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct agents to perform duties according to SOPs.
• Operate current technology to track and process work orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
• Coach and counsel employees; manage staffing levels and attendance.
• Participate in client briefings and maintain daily shift reports.
