Qualifications

• Operations, services and activities of a commercial cleaning program.
• Methods, procedures, materials and equipment used in commercial cleaning.
• The use of toxic and non-toxic chemicals (per MSDS sheets).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize and review the work of lower level staff.
• Operate powered and non-powered janitorial equipment.
• Make minor repairs to commercial cleaning equipment.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients/customers and the public.
• Make sound decisions and interact effectively with others.
• Walk, stand, or sit for extended periods and handle related physical tasks.
