Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise building security and safety, including locking doors after hours and checking electrical devices; ensure hazards are not created.
• Provide daily cleaning services for restrooms and common areas; maintain supplies.
• Collect and empty trash; report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment use to protect floors and fixtures.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming; clean windows and glass surfaces.
