Job summary

A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a diligent cleaning professional to provide day-to-day cleaning and maintenance services across facilities. The role focuses on delivering outstanding cleaning and maintenance for our clients' spaces.

Responsibilities include restroom service, trash removal, floor care, window cleaning, and general dusting of furniture and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for occupants.

Qualifications

• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure hazards are not created.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water, cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
