Job summary

A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a diligent cleaning and maintenance associate to deliver day-to-day services for our diverse facilities in New Jersey. You will clean restrooms, floors, windows, and common areas, and assist with safety protocols.

The role emphasizes reliability and attention to detail, with responsibilities including securing the building, servicing restrooms, removing trash, and applying cleaners and equipment according to procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and maintenance in facilities.
• Ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors with cleaners, sponges and squeegees.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines and equipment.
