Diversified Maintenance is seeking a Janitor in Miami, FL to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas across client sites. The role is flexible for part-time or full-time schedules with weekly pay and a stated pay of $15 per month in the posting.

The position requires cleaning, floor care, restroom upkeep, trash disposal, and basic maintenance tasks. On-the-job training is provided, with emphasis on safety and quality standards in a commercial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or six months janitorial experience.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment use to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and manage disposal; use of compactor where applicable.
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors; spot clean carpets and assist with extractions.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies; follow housekeeping schedules.
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the client or supervisor.
