Job summary

RiseBoro Community Partnership seeks a dedicated custodian to maintain cleanliness of lobbies, offices, classrooms, kitchens and restrooms under the supervision of the Program Director.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, waxing floors, cleaning dining areas, dusting, replacing supplies, and assisting with deliveries. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wax and vacuum floors and stairs; move and replace furniture as needed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and food prep areas daily.
• Wash dining room tables after meals.
• Dust walls, baseboards and corners; wash blinds or shades.
• Clean furniture and metal work; polish fixtures.
• Empty wastebaskets and manage trash.
• Assist with deliveries and storage; secure doors at close.
