Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom and lobby cleaning, waste removal, inventory maintenance, and reporting any maintenance issues to the facilities manager.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift or move materials up to 35 lbs.
• Previous custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial facility
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion in all matters including client confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work special events
• Good command of the English language and understand of oral or written instructions

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning and housekeeping duties within the facility
• Lobby, Restrooms, Conference Rooms, Mix Rooms, Breakroom, Offices, Kitchenettes, Interior Glass, Trash, Shop Floor, Warehouse sinks/water fountains, Supply Closets
• Help maintain facilities consumable inventory and organization
• Work with facility manager on specific cleaning needs

Essential Job Functions:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, clean interior glass and dust throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, lobby, common areas, mix rooms and offices
• Empty trash and restock restroom supplies
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
• Work together with facilities manager on supply reorder and organize supply
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to facilities manager
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
