Prestera Center for Mental Health Services is seeking a diligent facilities associate to clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, and public areas. You will maintain floors, manage waste, and support basic maintenance while ensuring safety guidelines are followed in a high-traffic environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for simple reports, and the ability to work with diverse individuals in a public setting. Flexible, on-site work is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and knowledge of administrative processes and practices.
• Maintains current knowledge of standards of care through continuing education.
• Licenses & Certifications: None required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; uses electronic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, offices and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors per facility standards.
• Dispose of trash and recycling and ensure waste receptacles are emptied regularly.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials.
• Maintain outdoor areas and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor leaks.
• Lock and secure buildings as needed.
• Report maintenance or safety hazards to the supervisor.
