Job summary

Casa de Fruta in Hollister, California is seeking a Maintenance/Janitorial worker to help keep the Plaza area clean, safe and inviting for guests. This role combines building maintenance with routine janitorial tasks across indoor and outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• Able to operate hand and power tools, able to follow verbal and written instructions, able to independently evaluate current conditions against standard and perform tasks necessary to bring areas to standard.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Plaza common areas, including cleaning bathrooms, mopping floors, waxing and stripping wax on large floors, emptying trash and collecting litter.
• Clean windows, walls, dust large areas interior and exterior, replace light bulbs, and perform minor maintenance as needed.
