Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a janitor to maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of plant buildings, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, grounds and common areas throughout the facility. Role supports indoor and outdoor maintenance to keep a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

The position requires working in a manufacturing/industrial setting with attention to safety and teamwork. Candidates should be able to operate groundskeeping equipment and perform seasonal snow removal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, offices, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Refill supplies and manage waste.
• Perform light building maintenance including doors, windows, and basic upkeep.
• Assist with groundskeeping and seasonal maintenance including snow removal.
