Job summary

California Fresh Market - Pismo Beach is seeking a reliable Janitor/Maintenance Associate to maintain a clean and safe store environment. You will perform cleaning tasks, disinfect surfaces, and keep floors, shelves, and common areas in top condition.

Responsibilities include restocking supplies, handling waste, and assisting with outdoor cleaning. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to adjust vision to both day and night lighting and be able to focus on distant and close-range projects
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
• Maintain outdoor grounds
• Remove debris from sidewalks and interior
• Empty trash and recycling bins
