Job summary

The Doral Lincoln Mercury LLC - DORAL, FL is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to keep the facility clean and well-maintained. You will perform a range of cleaning tasks and support daily operations.

Responsibilities include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, waste management, minor repairs, and stocking supplies while following safety guidelines and working with the team to meet shift goals.

Qualifications

• Capable of following instructions and learning new cleaning techniques.
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks by end of shift.
• Understanding of standard cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles into the appropriate waste bins and ensure that receptacles are kept clean and free of smell
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and ensure that soap and paper dispensers are well-stocked
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
