Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Report damaged, broken and out of work features/items.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Create and manage daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee and ensure quality of cleaning tasks and confirm completion with Area Manager.
