Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma required
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards; report barriers
• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Communicate openly with field staff and management
• Assist with daily and weekly work scheduling
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage keys and access cards for the property
• Report damaged or out-of-service items and equipment
• Support additional service requests and ensure job completion
