Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards; report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Ensure open communication between field staff and management; document client communications.
• Assist with daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Handle keys and access cards; report issues with facilities.
• Oversee additional service requests and ensure task completion with Area Manager.
• Train new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor staff.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
