The Lead provides guidance when the Manager is unavailable and may operate specialized equipment and handle cleaning chemicals. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating daily activities, training new hires, managing access control, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Takes care of keys and access cards for the property.
• Completes and validates any time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
