Job summary

• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged or out-of-service items.
• Oversee additional service requests in the building.
• Ensure quality of completed work with Area Manager.
• Train new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for staff and contractors.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
