Horizon Media is seeking a Cleaning Specialist to maintain a clean, orderly office environment, including pantries, conference rooms, event spaces and furniture. You will support events with setup/breakdown and ensure conference room supplies for catered events are ready.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a high school diploma or its equivalent, or an equivalent level of education.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities services or related roles.
• Exceptional communication within, between and among facilities services groups is important.
• Must be able to communicate with employees being serviced and be proactive, resourceful and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Clean pantries frequently, especially after breakfast and lunch rushes; manage inventory and restock supplies.
• Clean conference rooms and meeting spaces after use; set up and break down events; ensure supplies are available.
• Keep glass surfaces in entryways and conference rooms fingerprint-free.
• Wipe and clean furniture fronts in offices and cubicles weekly.
• Load, run, and unload the dishwasher once or twice daily.
• Sweep, vacuum floors, and perform high dusting as needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
