Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Facility Services team member in Pecos, TX to maintain clean, well‑lit travel center facilities. You will clean showers, restrooms, and public areas, wash towels, perform routine store maintenance, and keep guest areas welcoming.

We value motivated self-starters who work well in a team and can lift up to 50 pounds, with a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays. Weekly pay and benefits are available to eligible full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
