Pilot Company in Texas is hiring a Facility Services team member to maintain the store and guest facilities. The role includes cleaning showers and restrooms, washing towels, performing basic repairs, and keeping travel center areas tidy to ensure a welcoming experience for every guest.

Candidates should be self-motivated, able to lift 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
