Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of janitorial experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record required.

Responsibilities

• Clean all spaces on floors and in offices, including walls, trash removal, dusting, and mopping.
• Deep clean restrooms, breakrooms, offices and lobby with attention to hard-to-reach spots.
• Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Stock and maintain the supply room.
• Support teammates with heavier workloads when needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks as required.
• Attend work regularly as an essential function of the role.
