The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of production line experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. English proficiency and safety awareness are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years production line experience preferred.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand 7 hours daily.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting.
• Read and follow English safety commands and manuals.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Clear communication of malfunctions and safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and equipment.
• Assist pellet mill operator and serve as backup for operators.
• Take moisture samples and perform quality testing.
• Assist with preventative maintenance as needed.
• Communicate status to the Production Manager and coworkers.
