Job summary

UPS is seeking an Engineer for the Healthcare Building & Facilities Team to support the Capital Management Committee with capital project requests, evaluations, and funding recommendations. The role emphasizes financial modeling and ROI analyses.

The position requires on-site work at either Alpharetta, GA or Louisville, KY, with a Monday–Friday schedule and relocation as needed. Strong Excel/Power BI skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or lawful right to work in the U.S.
• Financial modeling experience required
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred

Responsibilities

• Create business cases and collaborate with various functions; lead reviews with stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses (ROIC, IRR, Payback).
• Evaluate projects for compliance and accuracy with project owners.
• Submit and present project alternatives to the Capital Committee.
• Balance multiple projects to meet stakeholder goals and expectations.
• Monitor monthly capital expenditures and prepare reports; analyze data for trends.
