Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an experienced engineer to maintain, grow, and adapt infrastructure for Flowserve Santa Clara operations. You will lead CapEx project execution, coordinate maintenance tasks, and manage vendor relationships to ensure safety, compliance, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–4 years in facilities or infrastructure, proficiency with CAD, MS Project, and MS Office, and English at an intermediate level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, industrial, electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in facilities, infrastructure, or industrial/building maintenance.
• Experience implementing safe work policies with contractors.
• English (Intermediate).
• Use of CAD software.
• MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare budgets and project scopes for CapEx.
• Execution of CapEx projects within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Coordinate maintenance, modification, or adaptation of infrastructure, buildings, and offices (non-capitalizable).
• Track spending, provide monthly/annual reporting to management.
• Coordinate and manage external vendors: cafeteria and cleaning services.
• Provide infrastructure support for laboratory, production, and machining areas.
