Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Facilities to lead the Arsenal-1 campus outside Columbus, Ohio. The role covers building systems, workplace services, and construction projects, guiding a team to ensure operations align with strategic and operational needs.

You will plan for growth from 1.5 million to over 5 million square feet, manage costs, vendors, and cross-functional space planning, and promote excellence with high ownership and low ego.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in facility or campus management in a large corporate setting.
• Data-driven problem solving and quantitative thinking.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and responsive.
• Experience coordinating multiple client needs and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams, customers, and business units.
• Commitment to customer service and a positive work environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day facilities management of the Arsenal-1 campus including building systems and services.
• Manage direct reports responsible for workplace services, facility operations, and construction projects.
• Long-term planning to grow from 1.5M to >5M square feet with phased construction and space programming.
• Lead facility projects from conception to completion, including renovations and expansions.
• Manage operating costs, expenditures, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for space planning and optimization.
• Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure campus services such as security, cleaning, catering, and transportation meet high standards.
