Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in higher education facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs planning, construction, operation, repair, and maintenance of facilities.
• Oversees capital construction and renovation projects from planning to closeout.
• Manages budgets, forecasts funding needs, and ensures resources align with approved plans.
• Leads maintenance for power plant, utilities, and campus infrastructure.
• Ensures compliance with ADA and environmental regulations.
