Job summary

Data Center Storage & Logistics seeks a Facilities Manager to drive Phase 2 buildouts from executed leases through systems-live handoff. You will coordinate TI, permitting, GC management, and vendor relations to deliver ready-to-operate facilities.

Post-opening, you will sustain ongoing site support, landlord relations, and multi-site operations. The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and deep experience with tenant improvements, safety, and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating large-scale buildouts or site activations.
• Strong vendor and contractor management, with a track record of on-time delivery.
• Understanding of tenant improvements, permits, and landlord coordination.

Responsibilities

• Phase 2 intake and project setup: transition from real-estate to buildout and activation.
• Manage GC scope, vendor selection, bids, and sign-off against TI budgets.
• Oversee permitting, landlord-TI oversight, and schedule adherence.
• TI construction management: monitor scope, budget, milestones, and change orders.
• Engineering and infrastructure execution: power, data, and safety systems to spec.
• New site activation: ensure readiness, utilities, internet, security, and site polish.
• Ongoing facilities support: landmark landlord relations, preventive maintenance, and vendor management.
