Job summary

FedEx is seeking a facilities manager to oversee all aspects of building functions at multiple FedEx office locations. You will ensure safety and functionality, manage grounds and equipment, schedule inspections, and collaborate on budgeting.

Minimum six years in maintenance and a technical degree are required. Responsibilities include leading facilities services, interpreting drawings, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years experience in maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, emergency power systems, and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of building functions and guarantee safety and functionality of facilities.
• Manage facilities per corporate standards ensuring courteous, professional and transparent properties and services.
• Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
• Collaborate with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
