Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee custodial staff and maintain clean facilities and grounds in a timely manner. You will monitor supplies, prep spaces for meetings, and perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe, welcoming environments.

Candidates should have at least two years of supervisory housekeeping experience and the ability to read and communicate in English. This role is based on-site and offers health benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Two years' experience supervising general housekeeping duties; OR Equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial staff on a daily basis and ensure buildings and grounds are neat and clean.
• Review, monitor, and maintain facilities supplies and equipment; communicate needs to Office Manager.
• Prepare buildings and grounds for meetings and events and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Perform basic security checks, weekly inspections, and report hazards or vandalism.
• Operate the work order system and assist with maintenance, groundskeeping, and related tasks.
